Samsung announced a cheaper version of Galaxy S II known as Samsung Galaxy R.the specifications are mostly similar to Galaxy S II,but are little downgraded. Samsung Galaxy R will have a 4.2 iches Super Clear LCD instead of Super AMOLED screen.Eventhough it has got a dual core processor official confirmation regarding whether Nvidia Tegra chipset or high performance Ezynos chipset is being used in the phone.The camera will have only 5 MP and can capture only 720p HD videos.1080p HD videos can be played using the phone.The launch date is not yet confirmed.
